Automated application of polyurethane and silicone gaskets on two Sonderhoff DM404/LR-HD machines.
Capacity
Linear robot range up to 2200 × 1000 mm (polyurethane) and 2000 × 1000 mm (silicone)

- Automatic dosing of the components
- Automatic filling of the containers by a pump station
- Automatic temperature control from the containers to the mixing head

- Primer applied manually where required
Polyurethane gasket
A wide range of polyurethane hardness, set by the ratio and type of the components. Curing takes 2–4 hours depending on the ambient temperature.
Silicone gasket
Hardness 60–65 Shore 00, measured with a durometer. Curing takes 6–8 hours depending on the ambient temperature.
