Shearing up to 3000 mm
For high-speed, precise series bending we use a Salvagnini P2lean panel bender and a Trumpf TruBend Center 7020. The Amada HFP 170-45 NT with an Astro-80 robot is a robotised press brake cell for repeatable series.
Conventional press brakes: 4 manual Trumpf press brakes with a bending line up to 3000 mm, 2 Darley 80 t (up to 2550 mm) and 3 Ermaksan 100 t (up to 3000 mm).
A Safan shearing machine cuts sheets up to 3000 mm, and an ACF machine forms the corners.
